We are looking for HONEST, hard working, Brokers and Agents to join our company. You must have good communication skills and be able to work with the public, while having their best interest in mind in all aspects of selling and buying real estate.

We do not talk fast or intimidate our clients in buying or selling. We expect the same from you. We are here to help our clients save money and get more than expected from us. We work on past client referrals and we pride ourselves in maintaining a life time real estate commitment to all our clients, past, present and new!

You will need a Real Estate License issued from the State of Michigan to work in any aspect of our business. If you do not have a license do not worry we can help you obtain one.

If you already have a license and are tired of giving away your hard earned commissions to:

• 7 - 10% Franchise Fees
• Computer Fees
• Office Fees
• Broker Fees
• MLS Fees
• Other Fees

only then to have your Broker split what's left with you on a 40% you, 60% Broker basis.

Call me and I will show you how you can earn more, while having something to offer your potential clients besides the same old 6% and 7% selling plans that the big named companies offer. They have to offer that commission, so you will be able to pay all their fees and still walk with some cash.
