Real Estate Home Sales is owned and operated by JP Bishop. Established in the year of 1997. JP has an extensive background in the real estate industry. JP has worked with the Century 21 franchise's for a number of years starting back in 1988 and they haven't changed yet, also a number of lower commission companies, Home Marketing Specialist Inc., HomeMark Inc., Home Buyers of America Inc.
He is one Realtor® that will NOT rest until all real estate company's across the United States, offer a variety of commission plans to suit the publics needs for selling and buying property. JP has had experience with both the higher and lower commission companies. He knows what works when selling or buying real estate!
If you don't support companies like ours, the 6% and 7% Realtors will win. If we do get your support we will begin to see across the board reductions in real estate commission charges, like we are starting to see now in 2004-2005, but don't be fooled, a number of BIG name company's, while reducing their fee's are also reducing their service. We WILL NOT!
